  • 7+ Years of experience in web development, with at least 3 years specializing in React
  • 2+ years of experience as lead developer or tech lead.
  • Experience in React Hooks, Redux, Next Js, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Unit and Integration testing (i.e. Jest)
  • JSON Manipulation, API integrations
  • Performance optimisation
  • Focus on quality, automation, and metrics
  • Comfortable working within a design framework
  • Good understanding of the wider FE framework and tooling landscape including other Javascript Frameworks
  • Software configuration management (Github, Gitlab Bitbucket etc)
  • Knowledge of FE architecture and patterns
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Problem solver and analytical thinker
  • Good planning and time-management skills
  • Relationship management of both internal and external customer
  • Able to translate user story requirements into brilliant digital experience
  • Ability to build strong relationships both within and outside of the team and department
Nice to have skills.
  • Flutter development experience
  • Experience of building mobile apps
