Owns the department training program, for assigned areas, ensuring department training documentation is current and up to date. Manages the annual training program review with department leadership and initiates any needed adjustments to the program. Typically, responsible for a small to medium facility. Requires full proficiency in a range of technical, operational, or analytical/scientific processes and procedures through job-related training and considerable on the job experience to perform a variety of work assignments.
