Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual with a background in psychology, preferably in industrial or organizational psychology, to join our operations and chat support team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing chat support, engaging with clients, and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction & Support:
• Handle chat support for clients, providing empathetic and timely responses.
• Address client inquiries and concerns related to mental health services.
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by offering professional and accurate information.
Operations Management:
• Assist in streamlining operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and client engagement.
• Support administrative tasks and documentation for seamless operations.
Psychological Insights & Guidance:
• Leverage your expertise in psychology to understand client needs and provide appropriate guidance.
• Offer insights to improve service offerings based on psychological principles.
Training & Collaboration:
• Collaborate with the team to develop chat support protocols and client interaction guidelines.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on organizational policies and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Master's degree in Psychology, preferably in Industrial or Organizational Psychology.
• 1-2 years of experience in client interaction, operations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Empathetic and client-centric approach to problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using chat support tools and basic office software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month
