Experience: 2 to 3 years'

Work Location: SIDCO Industrial Estate, Vichoor, Manali, Chennai - 600103.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Project Engineer to oversee the Industrial construction, renovation and machinery implementation plans for our manufacturing plant. This role combines technical expertise in engineering with strong project management skills to ensure the successful execution of plant construction, renovation and machinery installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, engineering and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. Willing to travel and handle group companies projects.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction and renovation projects, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
