Locations: Occupational Health Centres (Medical Centres in Corporates/Manufacturing Units), Whitefield, Bengaluru
No. of Positions: 04 (Male 3; Female 1)
Shifts: (Monday to Saturday)
Female candidates : Morning and Evening shifts only.
Male candidates : Required to work in a rotating roster, covering all three shifts (morning, evening, and night).
Working Hours: 8 hours per day

Occupational Health Centres (Medical Centres in Corporates/Manufacturing Units)
RxDx Occupational Health Centres are operated at workplaces such as manufacturing units, corporate offices, and R&D centres, with health services tailored to meet industrial requirements. These centres operate 24x7, Monday to Saturday, and provide on-site ambulance support with drivers available 365 days a year, round the clock. Each centre is staffed with one Medical Officer and three nurses, supported by ambulances with three drivers working in shifts.
Key services include on-site healthcare, first aid, preventive health programs, and emergency medical care, ensuring employee well-being while supporting organizational productivity and compliance with statutory regulations.
Job Overview
RxDx Healthcare is seeking dedicated Nurses (GNM/ANM) to join our Occupational Health Centres located in Whitefield, Bengaluru. In this role, you will provide essential workplace healthcare services, including first aid, emergency care, health promotion, and preventive health support, while maintaining compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
As a key member of the on-site medical team, you will assist the Medical Officer in routine and emergency care, conduct health surveillance, manage medical supplies, and educate employees on workplace health risks and preventive measures. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in fostering a safe and healthy work environment in industrial and corporate settings.
The role requires shift-based coverage (only male nurses cover night shifts) to ensure round-the-clock availability of healthcare services. Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of experience in clinical or workplace nursing and a proactive approach to health and well-being.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: GNM/ANM
Experience: 1-3 years in industrial/occupational health or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Register clients, dispense medicines, administer basic lab tests, and maintain relevant records under the supervision of the Medical Officer.
Provide first aid and emergency care, assist in treatments, and manage health emergencies as needed.
Conduct health assessments, support risk management, and perform health surveillance such as lung function and audiometry testing.
Promote well-being through health training, mental health support, immunization advice, and illness prevention measures.
Maintain accurate, confidential health records and support audits or inspections by regulatory agencies.
Restock and maintain medical supplies and equipment, adhering to infection control protocols.
Counsel employees on health risks, hygiene, and preventive measures.
Work in shifts to ensure 24/7 nursing services and coordinate with ambulance teams during emergencies.
