Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Industrial Helpers to join our team at Shobhaglobs. The Industrial Helper will assist skilled workers in various tasks within the industrial setting, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. This role is crucial in supporting the production process and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Skilled Workers: Aid machinists, welders, and other skilled workers in their tasks by providing necessary tools, materials, and support.
• Material Handling: Load and unload materials, supplies, and equipment. Transport items to designated work areas using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
• Equipment Operation: Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, following all safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness in the work areas, including sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste materials properly. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment as needed.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Report any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and organization of materials. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and supplies.
• Assembly and Disassembly: Assist in the assembly and disassembly of equipment and machinery as directed by supervisors or skilled workers.
• General Labor: Perform various general labor tasks as required, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting is preferred but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
• Skills:
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of industrial tools and equipment.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks.
• Good communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work safely.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
