Job Responsibility:1. Time study and line balancing for Assy/Machine/Paint shops by applying MOST.2. VA / NVA analysis and NVA elimination to improve productivity.3. MIS data Preparation and freeze the next level target.4. Line Balancing & Implementation for Productivity improvement5. Station Wise Manpower Planning & Utilization Calculation at different level of production6. Lean manufacturing, Lead Suggestion Scheme, Automation and Horizontal deployment across the plant.7. Plant Manpower requirement calculation (On Roll & Service Provider)
- Must Software Skills: Auto-Cad, MS Excel & MS Presentation, MDAT
