Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Industrial Construction Senior Site Engineer to join our team. The Senior Site Engineer will play a key role in overseeing and managing construction projects at our industrial sites, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, excellent technical skills, and a proven track record of success in industrial construction projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of construction projects at industrial sites, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

2. Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is performed in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.

3. Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to monitor work progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with engineering drawings and plans.

4. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers to develop project plans, resolve technical issues, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track.

5. Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

6. Manage construction documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progressreports.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement measures to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.

8. Mentor and train junior engineers and construction staff to foster professional development and enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial construction, with a focus on engineering and project management.

3. Strong technical knowledge of construction engineering principles, methods, and practices.

4. Proficiency in construction management software and AutoCAD.

5. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

8. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,692.05 - ?41,058.39 per month
