- Design of SCADA systems (Ignition, FactoryTalk, WinCC)
- SQL Database design
- Design and development of PLC programming (Rockwell, Siemens)
- Prepare and maintain electrical drawings in AutoCAD Electrical Design and programming of safety system (Safety PLC and Controllers
- Design of industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, Profinet, DeviceNet, Profibus, RS-232)
- Programming and implementing HMI (AB, Siemens, Omron, Proface, Automation Direct, etc.)
- Configuring AC/DC drives (AB, ABB, Siemens)Servo motion systems configuring and programming (AB, Omron, Siemens, ClearPath, etc.)
- Machine vision design (Cognex, Keyence, Banner, Omron)
- Assist with machine start-ups (I/O checks, devices setup, program upload, safety system checks, robot teaching, and machine test and debugging)
- Troubleshooting of electrical controls and mechanical mechanisms
- Provide instructions for other controls personnel, electrical panel builders and machine assemblers
- Programming of PLC and SCADA software\xe2\x80\x99s from start to finish
- Programming knowledge in Siemens, Rockwell, Simatic WinCC, Factory talk view, and Ignition etc.
- Create Functional descriptions, Network Architecture, Flow Charts, and Control Narratives for Automation projects
- RSLOGIX 5000 experience is a Must
- STUDIO 5000 experience is a Must

- IGNITION CERTIFICATIO
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Thorough understanding of PLC\xe2\x80\x99s robotics, control systems and machine operation
- Thorough understanding of PLC\xe2\x80\x99s robotics, control systems and machine operation
- Excellent time management, Organization and Leadership skills to manage mid to large scale projects
- Experience in working with team and establishing guidelines for others
- Must have good command of English language and good written communication skills
