Job Description

• Installation and Commissioning:
• Install, program, and commission AC motor drives, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and process controllers.
• Ensure all systems are properly integrated and functioning according to specifications.
• Programming and Configuration:
• Develop and implement programs for PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Configure drives and controllers to meet specific operational requirements.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
• Diagnose and rectify faults in machinery and control systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to the production team to enhance machine performance.
• Document technical issues and solutions to improve the knowledge base and response time.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in the installation, programming, and commissioning of AC motor drives, servo drives, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and process controllers.
• Strong understanding of machine procedures and the ability to rectify faults effectively.
• Brand Experience:
• Hands-on experience with brands such as Delta, Mitsubishi, Siemens, ABB, INVT, etc.
• Problem-Solving:
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems efficiently.
• Communication:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and document processes.
• Ability to provide clear technical guidance and support to non-technical staff.
• Qualifications:
• Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• Experience:
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a proven track record of managing automation projects and maintaining industrial equipment.
