•Job Title:• Industrial Safety Faculty •Location:• Barrackpore •Job Summary:• We are seeking an experienced Industrial Safety Faculty to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in industrial safety practices, regulations, and standards, with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience and 3 years of teaching experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, curriculum development, and research in the field of industrial safety. •Key Responsibilities:• - Teach courses in industrial safety, occupational health, and environmental management - Develop and update curriculum to ensure relevance and industry alignment - Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals - Mentor and advise students on research projects and internships - Collaborate with industry partners to develop training programs and workshops - Participate in departmental meetings and committee work - Stay current with industry developments and best practices •Requirements:• - Minimum 5 years of industry experience in industrial safety management - Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in industrial safety or related field - Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices - Excellent communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Industry certifications (e.g. CSP, CIH) an asset •Preferred Qualifications:• - Experience with curriculum development and program accreditation - Research experience and publication record - Familiarity with adult learning principles and online teaching platforms - Experience with industry partnerships and outreach

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 - 6 per week
