• Lead, mentor and drive Vendor Compliance Analysts to deliver strong insights and analysis driving improvements in Vendor Compliance.

• Work proactively with US team to provide strategic planning to maintain high standards and streamlined processes

• Represent the team as the subject matter expert for Vendor Performance Management

• Liaise between Supply Chain, Operations, Accounting and Merchandising team to resolve vendor issues rapidly

• Partners with Merchandising, Supply Chain planning and Replenishment to improve vendor performance and provide teams with data and metrics to ensure vendor performance is considered in business decisions (i.e. Product Line Reviews).

• Drive superior Operational Excellence

• Establish workflow to address deliverable schedules, staffing requirements, quality and technology, ensuring work is delivered on-time and right the first time

• Assess and improve internal work\xef\xac\x82ow and maintain optimization and e\xef\xac\x83ciencies as needed

Years of Experience:Bachelors Degree; Business or Related Field plus 6+ years relevant experienceRelevant work experience in retail merchandising, inventory planning, vendor performance management, assortment planning or forecasting roles for total of 8-year experience in lieu of education and 2+ years of leadership experience.Education Qualification & CertificationsRequired Minimum Qualifications:List the education, certification, and work experience for an incumbent in the job. • Bachelor's degree BBA, Bcom, Operations Research or Related Field
• Preferred MBA or masters degree in Supply Chain
