To know more about Lowe\'s India, visit Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this role is to lead Vendor and Enterprise Operational services and vendor compliance functions under Merchandising operations. This role will be responsible for effectively transitioning right scope of work to Lowe\'s India and ensuring timely as well as quality delivery. Responsible for developing strategies tied to larger corporate initiatives that requires above average focus and results. Plans, develops, and leads a team to leverage enterprise capabilities that promote products/brands online that enhance the customers experience. Drives Enterprise Vendor/Item reporting, manages enterprise vendor/item data lake, Leads automation efforts, Leads special initiatives/enterprise productivity efforts, accountable for process & productivity improvements. Supports the Merchant Scorecard Sr. Manager is primarily responsible for Enterprise Item and vendor operational support, Item Integrity, Reporting and automation. Key projects associated with providing timely, useable, and compliant information in order to enable omni- channel selling and seamless customer experiences. Primary contact for vendor & enterprising partners to address issue and support needs. Focus on an integrated approach to reporting across the enterprise. Driving special initiatives. Enterprise reporting, oversight and management for all vendor and item data and insights. Engagement point for internal enterprise team to research and solve issues. Responsible to lead and successfully drive special initiatives, processes and productivity efforts Onboarding and training new team members. Ability to understand and determine where and when deliverables are in jeopardy or when data management strategies are not optimally supporting the enterprise strategy, when and who to escalate the risk to, and develop and recommend mitigation tactics Ability to exercise positive control over the processes and methods used by data stewards and data custodians to handle data such that it supports the needs of the enterprise through disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management, and business process management. Proficient in the use of relevant Microsoft Office tools. The Sr. Manager must understand their customers and business goals while effectively collaborating across functional business and solutions teams to manage processes to achieve all business requirements This role will be responsible for effectively transitioning right scope of work to Lowe\'s India and ensuring timely as well as quality delivery. This position will work cross-functionally with leaders in Merchandising, Supply Chain, Digital, IT, Marketing and Operations to ensure mid to long-term strategies and tactics are being supported Years of Experience 15+ years of combined experience in Online/Digital/Site Merchandising teams 10+ years of leadership experience Required Minimum Qualifications : Graduate (in any discipline) Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have) Must have a good understanding of eCommerce in retail segment across multiple channels Strong Digital Acumen - should demonstrate understanding of ecommerce user functionalities with the ability to view site experience from an end user perspective Expertise on Online Pricing and Promotions Operations Strong leadership skills to manage online operations team with a sense of urgency Understanding of Site Metrics Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Strong organizational and time-management capabilities A positive attitude and extreme attention to detail Secondary Skills (desired) Site Content Management tool knowledge Digital Analytics
