About Lowe\'s India The Creative Services Manager will be the lead for the design, cultivation, constant evolution, and creative management of Lowe\'s employer brand throughout the candidate journey. Every candidate touchpoint will need to be part of a cohesive creative voice. This role is responsible for defining, upholding and pushing the creative look and feel of our employer brand assets. This role will manage a team dedicated to creating graphics, video, copy, web + print layouts, digital and OOH ads and other creative assets. Responsibilities include constant evaluation of Lowe\'s brand presence within various geographic locations, amongst direct competitors, as well as organizations Lowe\'s may compete with for top tier talent. The manager will help define key strategic initiatives and utilize project management tools to balance team workloads and ensure associates are dedicating resources efficiently and effectively. In addition to employer brand guidance, the manager will be responsible for auditing and optimizing the Employer Brand Resource Center to help us better serve those who serve our customers. This role will also mentor others and provide coaching to help their team grow in their roles. Responsible for all Lowe\'s employee branding assets related to talent acquisition initiatives via various platforms (i.e. all brand sentiment sites, organic social media, paid social, SEM, digital advertising, streaming advertising, print, traditional, recruiting events, etc.) to create a leading employer brand style that will enable the organization to attract and engage world class talent. Partners with business leaders, brand marketing, recruitment marketing and product marketing to support challenging geographical markets and roles with appropriate branding campaigns and initiatives. Responsible for caring for and updating our associate value proposition, employer brand, and all audience profiles. Partners with other CoE leads with developing branding assets which align to other initiatives across TA. Partners with the Director of Talent Attraction to help develop and mentor associates in their creative aspirations. Acts as a project manager and collaborates with other TA colleagues and external vendor partners as appropriate. Guides our teams in implementing best practices for bringing the AVP to life and creating a world class creative services department. Manages team responsible for creative services. Ensures they are properly trained, given guidance, and engaged with the business. Partners with brand and recruitment marketers to identify creative solutions for high-demand projects. Refines and enforces the creative services brief to enable team to effectively solve business needs. Partners with product brand team to build cross-functional relationship and help push the employer brand in ways that align with the business.
