  • Senior Delivery Account Manager with end-to-end ownership on managing service delivery,
client relationships, service transformation, strategy & planning, financial and people management. * Collaborate with the Sales and Solution Architects to contribute to RFPs and proactive pitches.This involves gathering requirements, understanding specifications, evaluating existing systems, and analyzing incidents. By closely engaging with stakeholders, efforts are estimated to deliver tailored solutions effectively. * Self-healing/Shift left solutions for ticket reduction which enabled operations integrate with engineering to drive core feature development, tech debt reduction and DevOps adoption.35% productivity benefits realized in 12 months. * Focused on business growth along with high customer satisfaction being a trusted partner.Culture of Co-Innovation for building trusted relationships and evolving together with client * Managing careers of individuals in the team
  • Defining clearly measurable goals and objectives and align with org priorities.

Mandatory skill sets:Account Delivery manager, IT Sales.Preferred skill sets:
  • Onboard the new DCxe2x80x99s, configuring HW/SW, peripherals, camera coginegent, SCOM tools and provide support and take care of infrastructure for data center security. Responsible for Microsoft Datacentres CE & Suply chain providing 24/7 incident management support (Thermal, weather, cooling, Power, Fire alarms, BMS monitoring) to handle data centre critical environment operations. Also provide analytics in Capacity management on their capacity usage & availability, forecasting for customers, restrict quotas across DC worldwide. Create work orders for DC Site Creations, Assets, Equipmentxe2x80x99s, Inventory, Users & Vendors, and work with different partners.
