  • Develop and implement channel strategies to maximize sales opportunities and achieve revenue targets through indirect sales channels.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market coverage and reach untapped customer segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing support, training, and resources to drive sales performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop channel-specific marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns to drive demand generation.
  • Monitor channel performance, track key metrics, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize channel effectiveness.
  • Provide regular communication and updates to channel partners on product launches, pricing changes, and other relevant information.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance teams, to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall business goals.
To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in channel management, partner management, or indirect sales roles.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing channel partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve business objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
