Job Description


Responsibilities :- Responsible for overall sales and cross sell targets through building and development of internal team and external channel partners Also responsible for adherence to customer satisfaction and profitability metrics while building business on the expected lines- Ensuring team hiring, training, management and retention to hit the set goals- Responsible for ensuring Sales Funnel, conversion and for improving sales productivity- Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly target achievement as per SOP- Implement and engage in brand promotion activities for establishing the brand and increasing market coverage- Provide market feedback on product offerings, channels and processes to the senior levels to improve the same- Collaborate and provide requisite data for risk management and internal audit processes- Responsible for knowing and complying with all the legal requirements as per the law of the land- Support collections team in assessing delinquency- Responsible for payment of channel partners timely- Monitor individual & team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct aberrationsOther Abilities :- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience- Worked on customer acquisition side with exposure to channel sales in domain of BFSI, Telecom and Concept Sales with good team handling experience- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.- Sound knowledge of MS Excel, MS PPT & MS Word.- Ability to work during stretched hours.- Organized and Methodical (ref:updazz.com)
