• Food Preparation - Assist chefs with basic prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, marinating ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes.
• Maintaining Cleanliness - Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and managing waste disposal.
• Inventory and Stocking - Help with receiving and organizing food supplies, checking stock levels, and notifying management of low inventory items.
• Assist with Plating and Serving - Help in the presentation and arrangement of dishes as directed by the chef, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Adherence to Food Safety Standards - Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Support Kitchen Operations - Provide general support to the kitchen team as needed to keep operations efficient and timely.
