To work as part of a teamin a small resort. Duties will include;
• Responsible for all Indian dishes on the menu.
• Ensuring quality and presentation of all dishes.
• Taking into consideration cost controls in line with quality expectations.
• Adhering to hygiene and safetly standards at all times.
• Ensuring the smooth runnign of the Indian section in terms of equipment care, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Taking care of ordering all ingredients as required with cost controls in place.
• Managing wastage efficiently in line with company policy.
• Managing staff menus as well as customer menus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
