Key Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen staff, providing training, guidance, and scheduling.
• Oversee food preparation processes, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Monitor food stock and inventory, placing orders when necessary.

Qualifications
