North Indian Chef Specializing in Rajma Chawal, Kadhi Chawal, Chole Chawal, and Veg Biryani: We are seeking an experienced and passionate North Indian Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of North Indian cuisine and be an expert in preparing traditional dishes such as Rajma Chawal, Kadhi Chawal, Chole Chawal, and Veg Biryani. Prepare and cook North Indian dishes including Rajma Chawal, Kadhi Chawal, Chole Chawal, and Veg Biryani to the highest standards.
Ensure all meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients and in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Develop and refine recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items and specials.
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to established recipes and procedures.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a North Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or food establishment.
In-depth knowledge of North Indian cuisine and cooking techniques.
Ability to prepare Rajma Chawal, Kadhi Chawal, Chole Chawal, and Veg Biryani with authenticity and expertise.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with grace.
