Preparing, cooking, and high-quality quality dishes within the specialty section.
Assisting in creating menu items, recipes, and developing dishes.
Managing and training any Commis Chefs monitoring portion and waste control.
Overseeing the maintenance and the operations of kitchen and ensuring the food safety standards are followed.
Overseeing indoor and open kitchen operations.
Have control of the kitchen area to ensure food quality and the Brand Image of the restaurant is managed.
To assist on other sections or help with other duties when the kitchen is short-staffed, in emergencies, and/or when the number of covers requires
You may be asked to report to any of the other outlets as and when required.
