Job Description

Preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes, such as curries, meats, vegetables.

• Kitchen management : Setting up the kitchen, delegating tasks, and supervising cooks
• Menu planning : Creating a menu that considers budget and seasonal ingredients
• Food safety : Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintaining kitchen hygiene
• Quality control : Tasting meals and visually inspecting dishes to ensure quality
• Staff training : Training staff on how to prepare and cook menu items
• Inventory : Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Chef: 1 year (Preferred)
• total work: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
