Job Description

• Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes following traditional recipes and techniques.
• Design and implement menus that reflect the diversity of Indian cuisine.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and purchasing of ingredients.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Stay updated on food trends and customer preferences to enhance the dining experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent culinary skills, particularly in Indian cuisine.
• Creativity in menu design and presentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
