Ingredient Sourcing and Inventory Management: It\'s crucial for Indian chefs to source high-quality ingredients, including spices, grains, vegetables, and meats. They manage inventory levels, monitor ingredient freshness, and ensure that the kitchen is well-stocked at all times.
