Job Description
- Position holder will be an individual contributor- Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients using telephonic and/or video conversations- Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART- Ensure products/services in client\'s e-catalog are accurately defined- Prompt resolution of client complaints- Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retention targets by systematic follow up & time bound closures- Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls (ref:updazz.com)
