Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Client Experience - Leading the servicing cluster and ensuring a WOW client service experience.
2. Revenue - Owning the P&L for the entire cluster, and looking for newer opportunities to drive revenue maximization and higher upsells.
3. Team - Build and drive highly motivated teams
4. Feedbacks - In-depth client interaction and process insights gathering to share process and product feedbacks with internal stakeholders
5. Solutions - Data and feedback-based insights driven approach to design and implement innovative
Qualifications Required :
- MBA with 3-8 yrs of experience in Sales / Servicing / Retention
- Preference for candidates with Team handling experience of 10+ individuals (atleast 3 - 4 yrs experience)
