Job Description

We are looking for India Recruitment Business Partner to join our HR Department and help develop and implement successful recruiting strategies. If you have full cycle recruiting and experience from advertising job openings to interviewing and evaluating candidates, we\'d like to meet you.Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
• Guide and advice recruitment best practices to all levels of employees/managers.
• Strategic Talent Acquisition partner to senior executives and leaders
• Advise recruiting partners and hiring managers on interviewing and evaluation methods.
• Determine and Craft sourcing strategies across job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks for regional and location specific level.
• Review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language.
• Monitor recruiting KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire and time-to-fill)
• Report on monthly, quarterly and annual recruitment progress.
• Align the regional recruitment process with global principles and process.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Recruitment Business Partner
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Good organization & project management skills along with execution excellency
• Ability to build strong, credible relationships quickly and to be trusted at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal & written communication skills
• Strategic and critical capability to navigate business environment.
• Results driven and delivery focused, with a high level of integrity.
• Organized and able to multitask with deep attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with peers, HR partners, Regional HR and business leaders.
• Solid problem-solving skills, self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• 6+ years of work experience with Bachelor/Master\'s degree in related field
