:India Business Partner (BP) - GSC (Global Supply Chain)Position Summary:
Global Supply Chain Business partner (BP) leads and manages relationship with India GSC business to ensure full alignment between business plans and Schneider Digital actions to gain synergies.
Though it is an individual contributor role, GSC BP represents Schneider Digital in front of India GSC to understand their IT needs & propose next steps.
GSC BP has overall delivery responsibility of all IT solution & support for Applications, Infrastructure, Connectivity, Communication, End points (PCs and mobiles) etc...
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Oversight of IT support & delivery across applications, connectivity & infrastructure across GSC India.
Partner India GSC supply chain digitization & transformation team on their digitization initiatives across the region.
Manage strategic demands which may pilot from one zone in GSC Intl but will be deployed across India region
Evaluate & Standardize (wherever possible) business practices and IT solution across ERPs at regional level.
Conduct application & architecture audits & identify improvement initiatives which may translate into projects.
Participate in BPR (Business Process Re-engineering) workshops & KIC, SPS audits to represent Schneider digital team.
Participate in business Reviews at senior India GSC leadership level to provide updates on key projects.
Stays abreast on new or existing technologies through training & vendor conferences etc to recommend enhancements and modifications to existing applications/business processes.
Provide consultative guidance and application (SAP, Manhattan, etc) expertise to advise business users on best practices/ processes
Collaborate with various teams locally and globally to deliver best IT solutions to the India GSC
QualificationsRequired Skills (Must have) along with necessary industry experience
Comprehensive understanding of Schneider Electric business, processes & products (must have).
Strong relationship management skills.
Total experience of min 8 years, with excellent written & verbal communication skills.
