You will report to the Director, Education Field Engagement APAC/Japan. You will lead a team of passionate, experienced account managers focused on building relationships with specific institutions, faculty, and students. This team uses in-depth industry and software knowledge to lead software, workflow, and curriculum adoption with new customers to earn trusted advisor status. We ask that you can develop and test different systems and strategies and be able to operate in situations that are sometimes ambiguous. You will coach individuals for growth and performance in account management, and customer success. We work in a hybrid work environment.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of education account managers to meet overall AEX goals for IndiaEnsure tactics and activities are aligned with Autodesk and AEX strategyWork with leaders in Education Team (Marketing, Business Operations, Strategy, Channel) and leaders within the broader Autodesk organization (Country Sales Leadership, Government Affairs)Ensure coordination of activities and resources with direct team and Autodesk Learning PartnersRepresent Autodesk\xe2\x80\x99s vision, mission, value, and POV in different educational forums and events in IndiaIdentify opportunities and risks with all plansWork with your team to guide engagement at complex accountsDevelop executive, faculty, and student engagement strategiesCreate clarity for your team to operate in uncertaintyInfluence and develop lasting relationships with your colleagues inside and outside of AEXMentor your team members for growth and performance in all areas of account relationship skillsDeal with performance issuesUse SFDC to collect and analyze account info, activities, and opportunitiesSummarize insights from field activity to inform AEX strategyManage the team\xe2\x80\x99s quarterly budget and assess investment and sponsorship opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience leading teams where success is sometimes dependent on creating new ways of doing thingsBS, or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or Technical related fieldUnderstanding of account segmentation, account planning and performance trackingCollaborative spirit who enjoys working in a team environment and connecting different functions for greater successAccomplished diplomat with high levels of professional confidenceExperience communicating and collaborating with senior institutional and education government leadershipA reputation for developing peopleAbility to travel up to 30% of the time#LI-SV2Learn MoreAbout Autodesk
