This role focussed on GCC (Global Capability Centers) domain - helping to shape country strategy as part of GlobalLogic\'s ongoing digital transformation locally, with three goals - To lead and evolve our digital transformation, to build the best-in-class customer ecosystem and to create and share our Digital Transformation story. The leader works closely with the partner business/strategy team and core leadership team of Globallogic, to input to the design and landing of a wide range of field implementation projects in support of our overall go-to-market with key global Partners and
customers thereof. The role must successfully sell into and develop CXO relationships across various businesses and departments while managing complexity due to the global aspects of the customer relationship and effectual teaming with numerous internal teams around the world. The role is responsible for creating and maintaining a global strategy for the assigned relationship in the regions, for continuously reinforcing our solution / service play and driving solution sales with partners at all levels.

\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Track record of proactively approaching, opening and managing complex, multi-year, multi-tier deals with BFSI companies; proven and quantifiable record of aggressively growing sales and exceeding quotas, with deal sizes in the range of $1M - 10M.
\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\xa2 Superior contract negotiation skills; good at negotiating win-win agreements at the senior executive-levels.
