• You will be responsible for developing the backend architecture and writing highly scalable internal web applications using Force.com technologies.
• You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle.
• You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new features, as well as, enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks.
• You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.
• You must have solid working experience in Force.com programming and application design, and an excellent understanding of Java, Javascript, CSS, XML, and HTML.
• You will be responsible for developing and architecting through all phases of the front-end to the back-end development lifecycle.
• You will use your experience to work with team members to develop new features, as well as, enhance existing infrastructure and frameworks.
• You should have a history of building successful Web-based solutions using Web Services and the ability to grasp a variety of unfamiliar technology and integrate them quickly.
• You are responsible to write and review code that others can understand, support, maintain and expand, and provide other team members with direction on development projects.
• You are aware of trends and technical developments in the industry, and how those can be applied in your work; and have a point of view on the delivery approach for very complex or foundational features.
• You have the demonstrated ability to anticipate technology lifecycle issues, work with projects involving multiple systems, and influence the team to deliver durable, extensible solutions.
• As SMTS (Senior Member Of Technical Staff), you would be part of the engineering team, working closely with other Product Managers and Architect, who are responsible for building applications, adding new features or improving the current applications.
• This job requires that you be a quick learner, self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
• You should have the ability to work in a fun, creative and fast paced environment. You will be responsible to adapt quickly, motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results.
• You must possess excellent oral and written communication/documentation skills and be able to interact with other team members to deliver fast and reliable code.
• You will also be required to contribute ideas and provide feedback on many projects within the teams portfolio and be an innovator.

Qualifications:Basic Requirements/Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in web-based software development
• 6+ years of experience programming on the Force.com platform (Apex and Visualforce)
• Experience in complex projects using Web Services integration (SOAP and REST)
• Build and integrate applications on the Salesforce platform and experience in creating custom objects
• Experience in JavaScript (JS) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
• Experience developing in an enterprise environment such as source code control, IDE, continuous deployment, release management (Git, Eclipse, CircleCI, link VSCode)
• Strong knowledge of Lightning Aura and Lightning web components
• Extensive understanding of OO design, design patterns, and data modeling
• Experience as a technical leader with good communication and influence the design approach to new applications and features

Preferred Requirements/Experience:

• Preferred Certifications - Platform Developer 1, Java Script Dev 1 , Admin
• Experience in Salesforce Flows and other products
• Experience with test automation skills - Kumonium, TestNG, Selenium Web Driver, JUnit, JMeter and ApexUnit testing frameworks
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Understanding of various user-based security models
• Good to know about CRM analytics/dashboards.
