Description: * Seeking an experienced Contractor to support a manager in Global Strategy and Operations in data visualisation, data analytics, reporting, responding to requests for data and in ensuring data integrity between multiple databases.

Description: Seeking an experienced Contractor to support a manager in Global Strategy and Operations in data visualisation, data analytics, reporting, responding to requests for data and in ensuring data integrity between multiple databases. This critical role will deliver the business analysis, and scalable dashboards that can be used internally by the sales teams to increase their productivity. You will work directly with sales programs, sales and IT teams to understand and deliver key reporting through dashboards. Responsibilities will increase as the Contractor demonstrates success in understanding processes, methodologies and systems and shows initiative in tackling more complex projects. The Contractors responsibilities will include: Run a project to develop new Tableau dashboards based on business requirements Ensure that data is accurately flowing between two different database systems and develop a repeatable process to ensure accuracy Build, maintain, update and optimize critical dashboards in Tableau and CRM Analytics for key business stakeholders in sales Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand the business needs of the team that should be reflected in the insights delivered through dashboards Work closely with Sales Account Executives and Sales Management to provide insights through dashboards focussed on internal product usage and sales performance. Required Skills/Experience: experience as a data analyst or similar role 2 years or more experience in Tableau. This is critical. Comfortable with developing and designing ease to use dashboards and publishing dashboards on a tableau service. Experience combining multiple data sources within a Tableau workbook. Preferred experience in creating lenses and dashboards in CRM Analytics (previously known as Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics) Track record of identifying business data needs, performing detailed and insightful analysis and developing reports that meet these needs and drive business results. Ability to provide analysis and insight based on partial information. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work well in a team environment. Ability to understand the business and anticipate data needs. Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast paced, high pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management. Demonstrated ability to be productive with minimal supervision. Must be results oriented and able to move forward without complete information. Experience with data quality assessment and implementing solutions to improve the data quality is a plus. Experience working with events and large conferences is a plus. 4-6 Years of experience required
