Job Description

DiTech is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Typesetter to join our team. As a Financial Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and layout of financial documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory standards, and maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Format and typeset financial documents, including annual reports, financial statements, prospectuses, investor presentations, and other financial materials.
• Apply typography principles, layout techniques, and design standards to create visually appealing and professional financial documents.
• Incorporate financial data into tables and charts, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and consistency.
• Collaborate with financial professionals, accountants, and compliance teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information presented.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and industry-specific guidelines, such as GAAP or IFRS, to ensure compliance in financial document preparation.
• Manage complex page numbering systems, cross-references, footnotes, legal disclaimers, and required disclosures in financial documents.
• Maintain brand consistency by applying corporate identity elements, such as logos, colors, and fonts, in financial documents.
• Handle version control and file naming conventions to ensure traceability and organization of different document iterations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements, incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines.

Experience:

4-10 years of experience in Financial Typesetting

Proficient in Typesetting and Template creation using InDesign (Mac & PC)

Good knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
