Involve in design meeting sessions and provide technical solutions. This includes suggestions on SAP best practices to translate business requirements into SAP applications better.
Understand the complex business requirements and meet with the functional team to gather business/functional requirements for the SAP implementation & Support.
Design, Development, and Enhancement of SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), Marketing Cloud, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), S/4HANA Sales & After Sales, and Sinch Contact Center (CTI) applications.
Coordinate with offshore and manage SAP Hybris Commerce application development and support.
Work on support release upgrades and project development activities.
Analyze and communicate issues and resolution, including problems with data integrity, data design, functional, technical, and software issues, and monitor & performance improvement.
Collaborate with the IT and user(s) departments to develop specifications for system enhancements for continuous improvement.
Develop SAP applications as per business and functional requirements adhering to the best practices, and Comprehend and comply with IT policies and processes.
Develop proof-of-concept and prototypes in the SAP systems to help illustrate useful approaches to applying technology to solve business problems.
