Content Delivery Manager :
- Work directly with the client and internal production team- in onshore and offshore, to deliver commercial marketing assets which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral and social media assets
- Act as a primary point-of-contact throughout the production lifecycle, alongside client delivery managers- from requirements gathering through final delivery
- Support relevant stakeholders with regular status updates including on production milestones, risk management, and resolution
- Work directly with key clients and have full accountability for delivery of assets and product launches.
- Understand and maintain knowledge of brand and business objectives to align marketing programs with Brand goals
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with peers and leaders, ensuring successful client Partnership partnerships
Ideal Profile :
- 3 to 6 years in an account management or related experience
- Participation in key client meetings including status meetings and presentations
- Has strong relationship management, organizational and management skills.
- Manages client closely and knows when to escalate internal and/or client concerns
- Is able to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
- Is able to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including
- Creative and Technical Delivery teams.
