Position Summary... What you\'ll do... Job Summary Join our team as an Associate Security Manager at our Contact Centre and assist the security manager in implementing security protocols , monitoring operations and contribute to maintain a secure and resilient contact centre environment. Flexible to work in night shifts. What You\'ll Do Implement comprehensive security plans and strategies to protect company assets, associates, vendors & visitors Manage 3rd party security force to include deployment, training, administration and attendance Ensuring all CCTV and access controls are functioning at all times Coordination with the builder and ensuring all fire fighting equipment are functional at all times Selection and training of ERT teams Assist security manager to conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary improvements Correct and timely issue of id / access cards to associates, consultants & contractors Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and report findings to security manager . Control of all material entering/ exiting the contact centre Selection, training and detailment of male security escort guards for women associates traveling by night including maintaining of all auditable documents Provide Executive Protection when required What You\'ll Bring Security Expertise- Leveraging the expertise in strong security practices , policies and procedures practiced in the Military to enhance the company\'s overall security posture Risk Assessment Skills- Security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and mitigations thereof Leadership & Team Collaboration - Strong leadership skills to guide security personnel effectively and collaborate with other departments to maintain a secure environment Emergency Response Expertise- Assist in develop and implement comprehensive emergency response plans, ensuring that the company is well-prepared to handle crises effectively. Compliance Knowledge- Ensuring specific security and compliance regulations are adhered to and ensuring the contact centre remains in compliance with all security & safety laws & regulations Resource Management - Effectively manage security budgets, allocate resources, and optimize costs while maintaining a high level of security. Technological Proficiency -Knowledge of security technologies, such as access control system, surveillance cameras, and alarm systems. Incident Response- Developing and executing effective incident response plans, allowing for swift and organized response to security breaches or incidents Communication Skills - Effective communication skills for communicating security policies and procedures to associates and effectively communicating key security metrics , incidents and recommendations for improvement Security Training Skills - Implement security training & awareness programs for associates , helping them understand and adhere to security protocols . Vendor Relationships - Establish relationships with security vendors and service providers, which can help the company access quality security products and services. Adaptability - Adapt to changing circumstances and implement updated security measures as needed. The Requirements: A bachelors degree Have served in the Indian Army in any combat unit Preferably have experience in corporate security Strong analytical and interpersonal skills Effective communications skills both written and verbal Strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate at all levels within the Company. Should be able to work in night shifts or any assigned shifts on a rotational basis.
