: Job Title- IND IT Lead - Quality Assurance Position type- Full Time Work Location- Noida/Gurgaon Working style- Hybrid Cab Facility- Yes Shift Time - 12pm - 9pm IST People Manager role: No Required education and certifications critical for the role- Engineering Graduate or MCA Required years of experience ? 7-10 years of experience Job Summary: As a Functional Test Automation Lead in QA-CoE, you will provide guidance to QA/AppDev teams for the development and maintenance of advanced automated testing frameworks to uphold software quality standards. Closey work with Business QA teams to define test strategies, build scalable automation solutions, and ensure seamless integration into the QA-CoE managed Shared Services Labs. This role needs harnessing the QA tools powered by Generative AI to enhance framework efficiency and adapt to evolving software needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in maintaining Shared Services Platforms around automation (BrowserStack and Unified Functional Testing) and Test Management (Application Lifecycle Management)
• Adaptability to explore and learn new technologies basis the Organizational initiatives and rigor around Test Automation adoption
• Solutions mindset with Creativity, innovation, and Idea incubation to lead QA Strategies
• Responsible for deriving and maintaining Test Automation standards, best practices, and templates for Testing CoE
• Accountable for the overall test strategy/test plan of Functional Test Automation
• Support the testing/developer community around Test automation challenges and provide trainings on a need basis
• Responsible for defining and maintaining automation and Test management metrices for reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of any IDE of choice (Visual Studio, VS Code, Eclipse, IntelliJ etc.)
• Assist in drilling down the root cause as part of consultation requests from Business/Delivery teams and creates Knowledge articles from the learnings for future reference
• Experience in creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipeline using Azure DevOps or GitHub
• Proficient in any one of the programming languages (C#, VB Scripting, Java etc.
