Aon Health and Benefits takes a long-term view of benefits management that aims to help companies achieve a balance between using benefits as a retention tool and managing escalating costs. These offerings include end-to-end solutions to benefits management, alignment of your benefit plans with corporate strategy and policies, considerable purchasing leverage, systematic and structured approach. GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
Assist consultants and other stakeholders for US Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal and financial reports to the Clients. Working on the internal client data base tool to update policy information related to US health and benefit plans. Providing clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition. Delivering reports based on various parameters i.e. premium, claims & Loss ratios.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (List 6-10 major responsibilities in the role): The Colleague provides high quality administration support for internal and external clients by:
Operates independently with Strong domain knowledge (US Healthcare- Health and Welfare plans and products)

  • Prepares Excel and PowerPoint reports
  • Contributes to training and capability development (classroom trainings, training material development etc.)
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring of Interns/Jr. Analysts and Analysts in the team
  • Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients if any)

  • Responsible for stakeholder management (including status updates on project/activities, query resolution, etc.)
  • Responsible for end-to-end client management from delivery perspective
  • Monthly Report out SLA\xe2\x80\x99s through dashboards & Progress Stories
  • Driving efficiencies in the process through process automation & standardization
  • Quality review for Level 8 and 7.1 Colleagues and report out of quality scores along with improvement areas
SKILLS-
  • Proficient with MS Excel logical, financial, math, statistical and information functions Lookups, Pivot Table, Dynamic Pivots, Dashboards
  • Should be well versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing and formatting presentation
  • Product knowledge of Medical, Stop Loss, Life, Disability, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary Benefits and Financial and non-financial report creation
  • Strong project management discipline and experience leading projects independently
  • Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally and in writing
  • Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator and leadership qualities
  • Should be ready to support 24*7 environment, Self-Driven & analytical bend of Mind
