About Team:
The Item Setup & Support teamis responsible for setting up new products, maintenance and supporting activities. Works with team to leverage enterprise capabilities in setting up the products online that enhance the customers experience.

Job Summary:
This role manages item onboarding execution, troubleshooting/error resolution, and maintains awareness of all business activities, such as line reviews and promotional events, to drive a consistent level of business readiness. This role will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to all Lowe\'s Suppliers and will be held accountable to exceptional customer service ratings. This role is also responsible for proactively engaging core and online Merchants to anticipate assortment expansion volume and maintains and reports on total item level health status across all areas.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for Item Setup and Maintenance & providing input on key projects
  • Streamline execution processes, identify the opportunities for process improvements, and automate end-to-end processes
  • Manages communication between Suppliers and Merchants as it pertains to product information and item lifecycle maintenance.
  • Partner with SSC - B (Bangalore) and SSC - M (Mooresville, US) teams
  • Assist with troubleshooting & perform root cause analysis
  • Disciplined approaches to data policies, data quality, data management and business process.
  • Own the communication and progress updates on projects/tasks and provide best internal/external experience
  • Partners with the right teams for any issues needing resolution.
  • Partner with an offshore team to execute item lifecycle management activities
  • Responsible for initial and ongoing data quality for all products throughout the Lowe\'s assortments.
  • Serves as a subject matter expert for all internal or external initiatives regarding product data quality.
  • Establish, maintain, and communicate metrics regarding data quality that provides clear visibility to leadership.
  • Responsible for troubleshooting all Supplier issues regarding item onboarding and is the single-threaded owner for resolution

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s Degree

Primary Skills (must have)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Online retail experience, working across cross functional teams
  • Moderate to Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
  • Understanding of customer experience, listening to customer\'s voice and work backwards to improve business process and operations
  • Passionate about online business & e-commerce
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving
Secondary Skills (desired)
  • Knowledge of SQL, PowerBI, Excel Macro etc
