Designation/Role:HR Operations and AdminMode of Working: Monday to Friday- WFO- 10 AM- 7 PM; Saturday- WFH- 10 AM- 3 PMLocation: Indiranagar, BengaluruExperience: 4-8 yearsResponsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts & HR dossiers
\xe2\x97\x8f Execute updated organizational strategies and policies
\xe2\x97\x8f Support the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as payroll processing,
benefits administration, regulatory compliance, onboarding and induction processes and
Employee engagement activities.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and distribute employment offer letters and prepare offer packages & Manage
Onboarding process for all new hires and other status change requests
\xe2\x97\x8f Update internal databases with new hire information
\xe2\x97\x8f Complete HRIS audits and update information as necessary
\xe2\x97\x8f Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
\xe2\x97\x8f Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage employee grievances as and when required
\xe2\x97\x8f Contribute to system decision-making, and suggest on reports to enhance products/
processesSkills Required:\xe2\x97\x8f Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience within HR field, preferably within an IT
organization
\xe2\x97\x8f Must be able to work effectively with changing requirements, priorities in a fast paced
environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience using MS Office suite a must (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong verbal and written communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Organizational skills and interpersonal skills
