Job Title: Incoming Quality Inspector

Location: Greater Noida

Department: Quality Assurance

Reports To: Quality Manager

Position Overview: Crysta Electricals Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Incoming Quality Inspector to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and components meet the company's quality standards and specifications before they are accepted into our manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming materials, parts, and components to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards to perform accurate inspections.
• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to conduct inspections and measurements.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of inspections and tests.
• Identify and report any non-conformities or defects in incoming materials.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality inspection process.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control plans and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Quality Assurance or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using computer software for documentation and reporting.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 standards and quality management systems is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?11,017.29 - ?17,500.00 per month
