Incident Manager:-Incident Manager ( RAN Site Recovery) :This role is responsible for overall coordination of the incident management process, in particular whenever there are major incidents\xc2\xb7 Planning and managing support for incident management tools and processes\xc2\xb7 Coordinating interfaces between incident management and other service management processes\xc2\xb7 Driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the incident management process\xc2\xb7 Reviewing incident data to analyze assigned problems / issues.\xc2\xb7 Analyzing problems for correct prioritization and classification\xc2\xb7 Investigating assigned problems through to resolution or root cause\xc2\xb7 Coordinating actions of others as necessary to assist with analysis and resolution actions for problems and known errors\xc2\xb7 Managing the work of incident support staff (first- and second-line)\xc2\xb7 Monitoring the effectiveness of incident management and making recommendations for improvement\xc2\xb7 Establish continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles and responsibilities, policies, procedures and supporting technology is reviewed and enhanced where applicable.\xc2\xb7 Experience in Telecommunication Domain is essential and required.\xc2\xb7 Ready to work in 24*7 support model.\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills and flexible to perform assigned tasks.\xc2\xb7 Prepare and Publish Major incident review and coordinate effectively for RCA resolution with Problem management team.\xc2\xb7 Work in conjunction with respective parties/vendors to drive the improvements and performance\xc2\xb7 Excellent in data Analysis , Presentation (PPT, Interpersonal) , project management skills.Job Location-BangaloreYrs of Exp- 4+Yrs
