We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Assembly Incharge

for our

Power Machines division

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the complete assembly process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely execution of production plans. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical knowledge and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the assembly line for power machines (e.g., motors etc.) Plan and allocate daily tasks to assembly workers Monitor production output, troubleshoot issues, and maintain workflow efficiency Ensure assembly processes follow safety and quality standards Coordinate with design, production planning, and QA/QC teams Maintain inventory of tools, components, and consumables for assembly Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity Prepare daily production and progress reports for management

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant field Minimum 5 years of experience in assembling power machines or heavy electrical equipment Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical assembly processes Good understanding of safety protocols and quality standards Proven leadership and team management skills Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams Proficient in using assembly tools and equipment

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,150.09 per month
