Job Description
Job Title : Incharge of Cafe operation
Salary Range: 26000 + PF + Insurance + Incentives
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years in Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry as a Shift In-Charge, Cafe Incharge, Cafe Manager, or Store Manager.
Qualification: Minimum 12th grade pass
Job Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management
2.Team Roster Update
3. Team Handling
4. System Knowledge
5. Store Operations
6. Basic Knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L)
7. Strong Command
8. Food Processing, Food Handling & Food Safety Awareness
9. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
10.Dark Store Handling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?26,000.00 per month
