Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise the daily call Centre operations, guide the team to success and promote a cohesive team.
• Maximize the productivity of resources by conducting effective resources planning.
• Guide representatives through difficult call or issues.
• Collect and analyze the call centre data basis with other departments, gathering information and resolve the issues.
• Lead, support, motivate branch staffs and ensure the atmosphere is positive & vibrant.
• Recruit and provide adequate training for all new joiners.
• Continuous monitoring of branch performance and ensure all business results.
• Implementing and monitoring compliance of the SOP for the call Centre.
• Ability to handling Multi Tasks & meet deadlines in fast phase and changing the environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Any degree (Regular mode)
• Good Experience for about 05 to 08 years.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Knowledge in using MS Office & Google Documents
• Excellent in planning, organizing and time management skills
