JOB OVERVIEW:

An IN-CHARGE -BOTTOM LINE (Footwear) performs various checks and inspects the quality of the product at various stages of production. He also ensures the quality of the raw material received and is responsible for maintaining the quality at each stage till the final stage of packing.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Inspect and monitor the quality of shoe bottoms during and after the manufacturing process.
• Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.
• Identify and document any defects or issues in the shoe bottoms.
• Collaborate with the production team to address and resolve quality issues.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality control activities.
• Train and supervise QC staff to ensure consistent quality control procedures.
• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 7- 10 years of experience in the footwear industry.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in production management software is a plus.
• Demonstrated related experience in area such as quality control and team management.
• Ability to work efficiently across departments and working culture.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
