Role: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Flexible
The Senior Graphic Designer will require to design and develop materials to support marketing initiatives and campaigns, enabling business development. Looking for a candidate who can create visual communications to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. The candidate will work closely with Asia Pacific team. He/she must understand the strategy, audience, and objectives behind complex design projects, provide appropriate solutions with minimal art direction and work with a variety of team contributors including marketers and various levels of management. Graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

Primary Responsibilities

• Ideate and develop graphics and visuals, audio and video for product illustrations, social media, events, logos, and websites as per Aon’s brand guidelines to create impactful communication

• Working with defined templates as well as creating new templates for graphically impressive social media tiles, proposals & presentations
• Striving to innovate within brand standard guidelines
• Liaise with stakeholders and team members to deliver work that is timely, accurate and on brand
• Taking full ownership of assigned projects, ensuring quality and timely services and providing ongoing communication to the team lead, as well as initiative to get the project completed to deadline

Experience

• 4+ years with experience in graphic design work

• Working experience of graphic design tools like adobe photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign is mandatory. • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro or other similar video & motion graphics

• Bachelor’s in any disciple or graphic design field with a significant equivalent experience
