Looking For (Inbound) Experienced Candidates in leading BPO company of Kolkata.Our Client is an American business services company specializing in Customer engagement and business performance.Required :1. Excellent English communication skills.2. Candidates should have minimum 1 yr experience in International BPO Sales Process/Inbound Process. 3. Computer knowledge4. Should be smart & have convincing skills5. Comfortable to work in night shiftJob Role :1. Manage incoming phone calls2. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction3. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools4. Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution5. Booking customers flight tickets and making sales.Benefits :1. US shift (Inbound Voice) Fixed shift with Roster off2. Incentive : Up to 4 lacs in a month (Average incentive 10k to 50k in a month) apart from salary.3. Training : 30 days paid training4.
