We are seeking an experienced and motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our team in Aero City. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automobile industry. This role involves handling inbound inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and follow-up.Key Responsibilities :Customer Engagement : Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide detailed information about our automobile products and services.Sales Conversion : Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions. Convert leads into sales by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and closing deals.Product Knowledge : Maintain in-depth knowledge of our automobile offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.Lead Management : Capture and record customer information accurately in the CRM system. Follow up with leads to ensure a smooth sales process and address any additional needs or concerns.Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Handle customer queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.Sales Targets : Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Report on sales performance and contribute to overall sales goals.Collaboration : Work closely with other sales and marketing team members to share insights and improve sales strategies.
